Support Overview
To maximize our own effciency and increase response times for our clients VOSINC support has been divided into departments, each one serving a specific need. For the best results always direct your questions, concerns and/or request for support to the department you deem most applicable. VOSINC offers support via Phone, Ticket generation and/or Chat, response times vary and are based on your companies SLA with VOSINC. Chat or Ticket generation is the preferred method of communication and will typically result in the fastest response times. Follow the steps below under "Getting Started, A simple 3 Step Process".

Getting Started, A Simple 3 Step Process

  1. Read & Register - Read all three (3) sections below throughly then, "Click" on the Register widget at the bottom of this page & follow the instructions.
  2. Check e-Mail - check the e-Mail account used during registration, your login credentials and instructions will be sent there
  3. Once Registered - You can come back to this page any time & "Click" on a Live Support widget or Secure Login at the bottom, you can also login to support by opening a browser to http://support.vosinc.com
